About these terms
These terms cover use of the Lifeline AI Systems website, calculators, informational resources, and messaging program. Lifeline AI Systems is operated by GTE Capital Ventures LLC. Paid services, pricing, scope, cancellation, and payment obligations are governed by a separate written service agreement.
Website and acceptable use
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when submitting a request. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, submit malicious content, or misuse another person's information. Website content and branding may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Calculators and AI information
Calculator results are estimates based on supplied assumptions. They are not guarantees of revenue, savings, or performance. AI responses may contain errors and should be confirmed with our team before important decisions. Informational resources do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
SMS program and consent
The Lifeline AI Systems SMS program provides requested calculator links, responses to inquiries, and appointment or service communications where authorized. When you request a calculator by phone, our receptionist asks for and confirms your mobile number and obtains permission before sending the requested text. Consent to one requested text does not authorize unrelated recurring marketing. Any promotional messaging requires appropriate separate consent. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and costs
For a calculator request, we generally send one message per request. Appointment and support message frequency varies with your bookings and interactions. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, email hello@lifelineaisystems.com, or call 469-864-7616. If you change or relinquish your mobile number, notify us so we can update our records.
Delivery and availability
Message delivery depends on mobile carriers and other providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or instant delivery. Do not use the AI receptionist or messaging service for emergencies.
Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and SMS consent. External links and embedded services may be governed by separate provider terms. Their availability does not guarantee compatibility with your business systems.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website resources and calculators are provided as available, without guarantees of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
